Paul Osborne

Born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick, Paul came to Vancouver Island in 1968. He moved to real estate from a small business ownership background in 1976, when he became a licensed REALTOR®.

During his real estate career, Paul has worked as a salesperson, brokerage owner / manager, and an investor / builder, and has won numerous awards along the way, including MLS® gold award for the last six years. He also served on various land use and design committees. The knowledge gained there, combined with his building and business background, has proven invaluable when assisting his clients attain their real estate goals. Currently, he focuses exclusively on residential real estate.

Paul and Ineke live in the Fairfield area of Victoria. They have two adult children, a daughter in Toronto and a son in Victoria.

Tim Taddy

Tim entered the real estate field in 1980 where, with his strong work ethic learned from his parents and his personable effective communication skills, he quickly became a leader.

As a result of the diligence and professionalism with which Tim has attended to his clients' real estate needs, he has earned the respect and recognition of fellow REALTORS® and clients alike. Tim holds a number of records with the Victoria Real Estate Board and is the only REALTOR® in the history of the Victoria Real Estate Board to have won both the award for sales volume and sales transactions in the same year on three occasions.

After 30 years of marketing homes, Tim has gained valuable experience over the years as a active REALTOR® as well as co-owner and manager of a real estate company, but he finds working directly with both Seller and Buyer clients to help them meet their real estate needs the most enjoyable and rewarding part of the business. He has organized his affairs in a manner that allows him to concentrate on providing personal professional service to all his clients.

Tim and his wife Jane, who met at the University of British Columbia, moved to Victoria in 1975. They have two adult children and have lived in Oak Bay since 1987. Tim has been active in a number of local groups and organizations in Victoria over the years, and believes strongly in doing what he can to contribute to the community he calls home.
